Accessalyze is operated by Genesis AI Services. This policy explains what data we collect when you use Accessalyze at accessalyze.com, how we use it, and your rights regarding that data.
We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
Data We Collect
Scan requests: When you submit a URL for scanning, we record the URL and your IP address for rate-limiting and abuse prevention. Scan results (violations, scores) are stored temporarily to generate your report.
Email address (Pro users): If you create a Pro account or start a trial, we collect your email address to send you your report link and manage your subscription via Stripe.
Payment information: Credit card and billing details are handled entirely by Stripe. We do not store or process payment card data on our servers.
Usage logs: We log basic server-side metrics (page loads, scan counts) for operational monitoring. These logs do not contain personal identifiable information beyond IP addresses, which are retained for no more than 30 days.
How We Use Your Data
- To perform the accessibility scan you requested and return results
- To send you your Pro report link via email
- To enforce per-IP rate limits (free tier: 3 scans/day)
- To monitor service health and prevent abuse
- To process and manage your subscription via Stripe
Data Retention
Scan results are stored for up to 30 days so you can access your report via the link we provide. After that, scan data is automatically deleted. Email addresses for Pro accounts are retained as long as the subscription is active, and deleted within 90 days of cancellation upon request.
Third-Party Services
- Stripe — Payment processing. Subject to Stripe's Privacy Policy.
- Google Gemini API — AI-powered fix suggestions are generated using Google's Gemini AI. Scan content may be sent to Google's API for processing. Subject to Google's Privacy Policy.
We do not use advertising networks or sell data to data brokers.
Cookies
We use a single session cookie to maintain your Pro login session. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics cookies.
Your Rights
You may request deletion of any data we hold about you by emailing us at genesis.ai.services@gmail.com. We will respond within 5 business days.
