Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using Accessalyze at accessalyze.com (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). The Service is operated by Genesis AI Services. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
Service Description
Accessalyze is an AI-powered web accessibility scanner that checks URLs against WCAG 2.1 AA guidelines using axe-core and Gemini AI. The Service provides:
- Free tier: Up to 3 scans per day, single-page scan, top 5 violations shown.
- Pro tier ($49/month): Unlimited scans, multi-page site crawl, all violations, AI-generated fix code, and weekly monitoring.
Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Service only on websites and pages that you own or have explicit permission to scan. You may not use the Service to:
- Scan websites without authorization from the site owner
- Attempt to overwhelm or disrupt the Service (DoS/DDoS)
- Reverse-engineer or resell the Service without written permission
- Submit URLs containing malicious content intended to compromise our infrastructure
- Violate any applicable law or regulation
No Legal Guarantee
Accessalyze identifies technical WCAG 2.1 AA violations automatically. Results do not constitute legal advice and do not guarantee ADA compliance. Automated tools cannot catch all accessibility barriers. We recommend pairing automated scanning with manual testing and legal counsel for compliance-critical use cases.
Subscriptions and Billing
Pro subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe. You may cancel at any time from within the Service. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — no refunds are issued for partial months. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.
Intellectual Property
The Accessalyze software, design, and content are owned by Genesis AI Services. Scan reports generated for your sites are yours to use freely. You may not redistribute or commercialize the Service itself without written permission.
Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. GENESIS AI SERVICES DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GENESIS AI SERVICES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
